Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your reservation of a first-edition copy of Luxury, Style, and the Open Road through this website, operated by Dahling Digital LLC ('we,' 'our,' or 'us'). By submitting your email to reserve a copy, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
The reservation
A reservation secures one (1) numbered, signed first-edition copy of the book at no cost to you, subject to availability. Reservations are limited to the first five hundred (500) qualifying email addresses. One reservation per person. We reserve the right to cancel duplicate reservations, reservations made with disposable or fraudulent email addresses, or reservations made through automated means.
No purchase, no payment
The first-edition copy is provided free of charge. No credit card or payment information is required to reserve. U.S. domestic shipping is included. International readers will receive instructions to coordinate shipping arrangements directly. We make no guarantee regarding the value, resale price, or future availability of any first-edition copy.
Shipping and fulfillment
Reserved copies are scheduled to ship in Q3 2026. Approximately four (4) weeks before shipment, you will receive an email requesting your mailing address. Failure to provide a valid shipping address within thirty (30) days of that request may result in forfeiture of your reservation. We are not responsible for shipments lost, delayed, or damaged by carriers, nor for delivery to addresses provided incorrectly.
Cancellation
You may cancel your reservation at any time before shipment by emailing hello@dahlingdigital.com. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation at our discretion, including in the event of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel your reservation, you will be notified by email.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, design, photography, and the contents of the book itself — is the property of Dahling Digital LLC or Alicia Maria Dahling and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site or from the book without prior written permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
This website and the reservation service are provided 'as is' and 'as available,' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Your use of the site is at your sole risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dahling Digital LLC, its affiliates, and Alicia Maria Dahling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your reservation, your use of this website, or the book itself. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the book, which is zero.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised 'Last updated' date below. Material changes will be communicated to reservation holders via email. Continued use of the reservation service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
